只能用 if you did sth.…因为：(根据文法)
英文条件句有三种基本结构：
a.现在式 + 将来式 If you go …I 'll go too…
b..过去式 + 现在条件式 If you went…I would go too…
c.过去完成式 + 过去条件式 If you had gone… I would have gone too…
必须熟记,不能乱用.
你的句子明显属于第二种,故只能用 I would appreciate it if you did sth.……
另外,你写的 if you could do sth.…不妥,要不去掉 would,要不改为 have done ,即前面的第三种句型.
