英语语法 指教一下介词、介词短语 在句中的成分
介词+名词 与 介词+动名词 感觉在句子中用法很灵活,有时候用语法去分析这些东西我感觉变化很多.有些靠多读,好像有点感觉了,所以请看一下我说的对不对.
noun+prep+gerund 介词短语多作宾补吧?
fancy for doing sth.
genius for doing sth.
motive for doing sth.
object of doing sth.
skill in doing sth.
prep+gerund/ prep+noun 跟在不及物动词或被动时态之后 多做状语是吗?
1.President Truman believed that other problems in the world could be settled by cooperative international efforts.(原句)
by...是作状语,表因果
2.Truman had been Amercia's leader for more three years.The people now voted for his return to office.(原句)
for...是作状语,表结果
我说的对吗?
下面有一句不懂
The need to make difficult choices had made Harry Truman's presidency among the most decisive in Amercian history.（原句）
“the most decisive”decisive是形容词,冠词不是要对应名词的吗?是省略了吗?我很笨啊不懂
