I‘d like to see my letter open, even it brings something unhappy to you.
I bought an OPPO cellphone in Yuqing China Mobile, on Feb, 14th. However, ten days later, I found my cellphone not satisfying at all.
First of all, I can't use my phone to text short-message, and even a phone call is not available. I went to the repairing station, but your clerk told me there is no fittings, so my phone can't be repaired as a result. Besides, the shop assistance told me if I want to change a new one, I have to wait for 3 months.
I'm really sorry to tell you that staff really make angry. I wonder if you can change a new cellphone for me in less than 1 month as an offset. If my proposal can meet with your approval, I'd be very happy.
