2、C,as soon as一.就,连词
基本上就是主句将来时,从句一般现在时.

为什么不选D呢?这是因为come是位置转移动词,可以用进行时态表示将来,就用不到is going to 了,平时用的话就是he is coming back.
还有leave也是这样用的.
