目前我国农民采用的农药搅拌多数是在充好药液的药筒内用传统手工搅拌,劳动强度高,搅拌效果差,而且药物挥发严重影响农民的身体健康.有的甚至用喷雾器的喷嘴回流冲击以达到搅拌的效果,水药没有充分搅匀就立即喷雾.殊不知药水搅拌不均不仅不能达到农药的预期效果,而且还耽误了治理时机.因此本文研究设计了一种新型搅拌装置——射流搅拌装置,对化学农药的搅拌具有重要意义.
本文对环流理论及其数学模型进行了研究,设计出一种满足液-液、固-液药液基本混合要求的搅拌装置,并对其所产生的搅拌流场进行了CFD数值模拟,对搅拌装置进行了实验研究,以下是本文所做的主要工作和研究成果:
1.介绍了国内外搅拌技术的研究现状,与其它搅拌技术比较,射流搅拌具有搅拌效率高、防脱流能力强、能耗低等特点;
2.通过对流体混合理论和搅拌叶轮设计理论进行了研究,基于环流理论设计法,总结出一种较合理的搅拌装置;
3.利用Pro/ENGINEER三维软件对搅拌装置进行了三维造型;应用Gambit网格划分软件对搅拌流场进行非结构网格划分;
4.利用FLUENT软件对搅拌流场进行了数值模拟,通过改变搅拌系统输入流量和压力,对数值模拟结果进行对比分析发现:在相同叶轮直径的情况下,输入流量越大对搅拌流场的推进速度越大,且分布较均匀,总体效果较好.因此在设计中,需适当地增加药泵的压力,这对搅拌装置的搅拌效果有一定的影响.

4 makes use of the FLUENT software to imitate to the numerical value having stirred flow distribution go along ,the comparative analysis being in progress by changing rate of flow and pressure stirring system entering ,simulating result to numerical value finds that:Under identical impeller diameter's situation,entering rate of flow is the bigger ,the bigger the propulsion speed to stirring a flow distribution,and distribution is fairly good than homogeneous ,total effect.Pressure needing the pump increasing medicine appropriatly therefore in design,this has certain effect to the effect stirring the device mixing.
