纠结了大半个学期了,现在见到这种题还是很迷糊的.
比如说
1、When____the twins,you'll find.（选comparing,老师讲的是现在分词做状语,和you之间是主动关系）
2、He left his homeland,____never to come back again（选determined,老师讲这里是词组 be determined to do 省略了主谓后,所以用determined.但是为什么这里不能理解成是主动关系呢?为什么不能用determining?）

2.因为determine是瞬间动词,决定是一瞬间的事,所以不能用作伴随,
而要用“决定好了”的这样的状态做伴随,随意 determined这里是形容词,表示主语的状态.
