Dear Li Fang,
I have received your letter. I know you're a junior right now. And you're on the crossroad of making your future choice, whether you should undertake the graduate course, or get a job after your graduate from college.
Here's what I think you can do.
If I were you, I'd choose to continue my education. I think two more years of graduate education will better prepare you for a better paying job. That means you will have a better life.
I would not consider going to work right out of college.
