Role B: You prefer the job with promising future and a relaxing working environment. Explain why.

B:As to me ,what's most important is its possibility to give me chances of promotion in the future and its working environment .So I'd like to choose the latter one ,which has a promising future as well as a relaxing working environment.
What's more ,it's also reasonablely paid with modest but steady annual increase.
A:Yeah,maybe.But ,to be frank ,the job with higher pay is more attractive to me .You know people want to get promotion for better pay too.With satisfying salary but no promotion is just ok to me .Its flexible schedule is also my favorite .Although there maybe high pressure ,I still want the job .Every thing has its sense.
B:Different people have different opinions .What really matters is wheather it's suitable to you or not .
