三维建筑模型是指使用电脑软件制作出的立体虚拟影像,运用主要的是3DSmax软件,是近年来随着计算机技术的迅猛发展而产生的一项新兴技术.通常称作为计算机图像学(Computer Graphics,简称CG).在CG技术日趋成熟的今天,建筑效果图已广泛应用于环境景观建筑等领域,如建筑,室内设计,景观设计等.而随着这一技术而诞生和发展,大型的三维模型软件3DSmax,成为了三维建筑模型中重要的部分.三维建筑效果是把现实需要的建筑虚拟效果通过美观的艺术形式呈现出来.在此上运用3DSmax,首先为主体建筑物和其他外观形状建模.在对模型按自己的意向进行材质和灯光的设定、渲染直至输出.最后对渲染结果做进一步加工,利用Photoshop等图形处理软件,对上面的渲染结果进行修饰,从而得出最终的需要的三维建筑效果图.
