小白菜幼苗生理生化特性的影响
摘要:本实验研究了不同浓度(0mg/L、0.5 mg/L、1 mg/L、5 mg/L、10 mg/L、50 mg/L)的Ni2+胁迫下,不同的胁迫时间(4d、8d、12d)对小白菜各项生理生化指标的影响.结果显示:随着Ni2+胁迫浓度的增加,小白菜幼苗叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)也逐渐增加,而叶绿素a、叶绿素b、过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖都呈先上升后下降的趋势,且胁迫的时间越长下降越显著,游离脯氨酸(Pro)则在胁迫短时间内一直上升,但在高浓度长时间的胁迫下也出现明显下降.研究结果表明:小白菜幼苗对低浓度和短时间的Ni2+胁迫具有一定的抗性,但高浓度和长时间的胁迫会对小白菜幼苗造成一定程度的毒害,从而影响小白菜的生长发育,严重时还会导致死亡.

The influence of Chinese cabbage seedling physiological and biochemical characteristics
Abstract: in this experiment to study the different concentration (0 mg/L, 0.5 mg/L and 1 mg/L, 5 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 50 mg/L) under the Ni2 + stress, different stress time, 8 d, 12 d (4 d) effect on the physiological and biochemical indexes of small cabbage. Results showed that with the increase of Ni2 + stress concentration, in Chinese cabbage seedling leaf malondialdehyde (MDA) also increase gradually, and the chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, peroxidase (POD), soluble protein and soluble sugar were downward trend after rising first, and the more significant the stress and the longer, the free proline (Pro) in stress have been rising in a short period of time, but under the stress of high concentration for a long period of time, also appeared to be markedly reduced. The results show that the Chinese cabbage seedlings at low concentration and shortened time of Ni2 + stress has a certain resistance, but high concentration and prolonged stress can cause a certain degree of poison to Chinese cabbage seedlings, which affect the growth and development of Chinese cabbage, and serious when still can cause death.
