A large table matching the podium stands in front of the back wall of the wine cellar.On the table is a circular disc of 6-inch thick wood topped with a 1-foot thick wheel of Parmesan cheese with a cheese knife by Geisser of Germany sticking out of the top of it.Quite a statement as to the cuisine to be found in the restaurant!Also on the table are several interestingly shaped Champagne glasses and black wine glasses.A stainless steel sink finishes off the table and can be used to assist in cleanup during wine tastings.Over this table there are 3 long hanging lamps,3 feet long,made of curved amber colored glass cylinders supported by a bronze metal frame extending down the left side of each lamp.These lamps cast a rich amber glow into the room,accented by the white light emanating from the wine cellar.Masonry floors are of sliced brown rock separated by veins of beige cement,all highly polished for a very smooth and rich appearance.Entering the restaurant to the left of the foyer,this beautiful floor continues into the large dining room and runs in a strip about 7 feet wide down the entire right side of the room,then takes a left at the end across the back right end dining section and into the private dining room.
