Responsibilities
Direct leading of new consumer product development and industrialization.
Drafting of new product development planning for consumer product and job distribution.
Draft new product design proposal.
Main coordinator with relevant departments of ZUI concerning the consumer products.
Organize all key activities concerning new consumer product development,e.g.Project review,project presentation,design review,and project planning,design validation,design verification,pilot production review,documentation validation and review before mass production.
Communication with relevant departments in France for technical issues,cell qualification,deigns review etc concerning the consumer project.
Directly act as project engineer for critical project management.
Ensure all necessary documentations are correct and timely issues to relevant departments before mass production of new product.
Technical support for relevant projects.
Project overview and follow up.
PCN and ECN implementation in ZUI (consumer side) and action plan issuing.
Ensure the technical dopcumentation control procedure is properly followed by relevant departments.
Ensure the ECN and PCN procedures are effectively implemented.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English speaking,reading and writing.
- Bachelor degree or above on mechanical or electronic engineering
- At least 8 years working experience and 2 years on similar position in the engineering field,battery industry background is priority
- Good computer skill (Microsoft office,project,CAD,picture edit software)
- Strong ability on project management,decision-making and problem solving.
- Familiar with ISO 9000
- Well-organized and cooperated.
- Effective communication skill.
- ERP system knowledge is preferable.

资格：

达到学士学位或者在机械工程和电子工程上有很高的造诣.
有至少八年的工作经验并在工程师的领域内类似的岗位上干过两年的人士会被给予优先考虑.
要有高超的电脑技艺（像微软软件、编程、计算机辅助设计、图片编辑软件这些东西都要会）.
要有很强的工程的管理与决策能力,遇到问题要会解决.
要对ISO 9000比较熟悉.
要善于组织和合作.
要有高超的交际技能.
