don’t worry .i can help you .you needn't change a new work.i think you can go to work and back home by bike.it won't use a lot of emergy and pollute.it help us to keep fit.during the break you can do some simple exercise,such as run、jump、or sit up.you can go to the park with your friends and take a walk .you can do sport at everywhere if you want.dont forget eat some vegetable and fruits.drink more water.after use the comeputer you should have a good rest .good luck!i believe you will be healthy.
