质量是企业永远的生存之本,如何保证产品和服务质量是企业的永恒话题.但仅仅依靠冰冷的规章和指标已不再顺应时代的特点,以企业文化这一更加柔性的方式作为企业质量控制的手段才是明智之举.本文结合对原有文献及笔者身边的案例的研究,分析了企业质量控制的影响因素,研究了企业文化对企业质量控制的作用机理,并以会计师事务所为例,阐述了企业文化与企业质量控制的相互作用,指出企业要建设以质量为导向的企业文化必须结合企业自身特点及行业要求,对企业文化的三大结构要素,即精神文化、制度文化及行为文化进行重塑,使之充分体现企业以质量为导向的文化宗旨.

Quality is always of survival,how to ensure product and service quality is the eternal topic.However,the cold alone no longer rules and targets the characteristics of the times,to a more flexible corporate culture the way that quality control as a means of business is wise.In this paper,the original documents and case studies around the author analyzes the impact of corporate quality control factors of the corporate culture of enterprise quality control mechanism,and to accounting firms,for example,described the quality of corporate culture and business control the interaction,that companies want to build quality-oriented corporate culture must be integrated with its own characteristics and industry business requirements of the three major structural elements of corporate culture,that cultural,institutional culture and behavior in culture remodeling,so the full reflect the corporate culture of quality-oriented purposes.
