I am writing to ask you about the second interview. I am very appreciate that you gave me chance to choose the interview date and I told you that I prefer to wait until March after I finished my IELTS examination. While now I have a problem, I planed to attend IELTS on 14th March, but I did not get a place on that day because too many students have booked exam places on 14th March, so I have to attend IELTS exam on 28th March, and the result will come out on 10th April. Therefore I want to know whether I ask to have the interview on 11th/12th April is appropriate. I know that you are very busy with your work and many thanks for your time to read my email, so if you want to interview me on March I will also be OK.
