Harry So,Did you enjoy your holiday?
Alice No,it was terrible
Harry Why?
Alice Well,at the first hotel stayed in,we were put in a room the main street.It was so that none of us slept very well
Harry Did you swim and play volleyball?
Alice Yes,but the water was dirty and the beach was covered with stones
Harry Well,what about the island you went to?That should have been very quiet and beautiful.right?
Alice That's whatwe had hoped for,but it wasn't like that.The beaches were dirty,and there was nothing to do in the evening.Anyway,we stayed there only a couple of days.Then we went back and a small house.
Harry Ah,was that any better?
Alice No,it was even.We only had running water half the time,and hadto walk a couple of miles to buy food and drinks.
Harry You said there would be a lot of birds to watch,right?
Alice Yes,we a couple of days watching birds,and that was the interesting part of the holiday.
Harry Perhaps you should stay at home next year.
