nobody grows old merely by a number of years, we grow old by deserting our ideals, years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm, wrinkles the soul ,worry, fear ,self distrust,the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.没有人变老只是通过数年，我们成长了，不思进取的老，岁月悠悠，衰微只及肌肤;如果失去热情，皱纹的灵魂，担心，恐惧，自我怀疑，心脏和曲折的意气如灰。
