one year ago i joined the environment group at my school in delaware(特拉华州),US.actually i felt nervous.because everyone else inthe group had been improving the environment for ages,but i had never done anything.
the first week i joined, the group decided to clean the highway near our school.we filled seven big bags with rubbish that day and at the same time we found many interesting things.since then,we have done a lot to help the earth .one day,we went to a nearby river and did many scientific tests to check ifthe river was healthy.surprisingly,it was!we still ,though took any rubbish we could find out of the river to make sure fish could live there happily.
recently,i help the group plant flowers at our school,hoping them will bloom this spring and make the school look beautiful.how did we pay for all the plants?we made t-shirts and sold them to our friends!what's more,some money left from selling the t-shirts .we are willing to use it to buy some recycling bins for our school
