Rick Hartman uses many materials.He uses cans,rubber bands,and scraps of wood to create his ideas.He says all children should make their own toys.He teaches classes for young people interested in inventing.He shows students how to use recyclables.Recyclables are easy to find and do not cost much.You could even make a new toy for free.
