Although most drivers drive with care,some do not .For example,many like to speed and others drive carelessly and try to beat the traffic lights.This is why accidents happen.The traffic cop has to look out for such dangerous drivers.
Sometimes when he stops a driver who has broken the law,he gives him a warning and tells him not to do it again.But at other times he gives the driver a ticket.This means that the driver has to pay a fine.This is the only way to ensure that drivers obey all traffic laws.If they break traffic laws they must be punished
