If your flight doesn't have a stopover in Japan,it shouldn't affect anything.The nuclear power plant was on the northeastern coast of Japan,so most of the radiation were actually travelling east toward the US and Canada.People will be unnecessarily worried about radiation exposure in China,so just be prepared for that.You might want to bring your own salt though ;-)
