7.Other Covenants
7.1.Non Competition.For a period of three years after the Closing Date the Seller and the Guarantors undertake that they will not engage in,have an interest in,or provide advice or assistance to any business,which competes,directly or indirectly with the Company’s Business or engage,directly or indirectly,in any capacity,in any aspect of the Assets,including,but not limited to,marketing,soliciting,producing or selling the products of the Company’s Business.
