第一句中的if his uncle will come是i don't know后的宾语从句,if在宾语从句中是“是否”的意思,这里选择will come,will是表示“意愿”的意思
第二句中he will come if it doesn't rain是i think后的宾语从句,在这个宾语从句中if引导的是条件状语从句,he will come是主句,遵从了“主将从现”的原则
