当代酒店业随着旅游业的发展而不断壮大的背后却面临着高员工流失率的用人危机.作者针对北京金茂威斯汀大饭店目前的员工流失现状及造成高员工流失率的影响因素,提出改进薪酬体系,完善宽带薪酬体系；对基层岗位实行轮岗制,扩展员工晋升空间；建立有效员工配置,增加员工福利,缓解劳动强度；切实有效的做好员工职业生涯管理工作,培养员工忠诚度的对策,以达到控制和防范五星级酒店员工高流失率的目的.

In contemporary, as the tourism industry develops prosperously, hotl industry is also blooming, but the empolyee turnover rate increases up to certain crisis. As for the state of employee high turnoover ratings and corresponding factors in Beijing Jinmao Westin Grand Hotel, the author offers proposals of improving salary system and broadband salary system, job rotating for grass-root positsions, giving large space for promotion, setting up effective employee allocation, increasing staff benefits, remitting the working intensity, making employee career mangaement practically and effectively, taking measures of caltivating employee loyalty to control and prevent Five Star's employee high turnover ratings.
