一、概述
JL-75交流电流记录仪是磁电式仪表.
供化工、石油、发电等企业作自动测量,它可同时记录出电流变化的情况.
该记录仪可直接测量记录0～5A交流电流,当需要测量更大的交流电流时,可将被测信号经电流互感器变为0～5A的交流电源,在接入本记录仪.
本仪表的记录值由记录纸上描绘的数值表示被测交流电流的大小.
本仪表结构简单,性能可靠,在恶劣环境下能可靠工作.
其特点是可直接记录信号,保证在任何情况下均能可靠的工作.

三、仪表工作原理
本记录仪是磁电式仪表.
当0～5A交流电流（输入信号）,分别经具有一定变化的变压器,由变压器的次级输出交变电压,经整流、滤波调置后,将直流电流通入线圈.该载流线圈与永磁铁构成的均匀磁场相互作用,使线圈发生移动.线圈又与中心轴相连,致使中心轴发生转动.其转矩与游丝所产生的反作用力相互平衡时,连在中心轴上的记录笔便停留在记录纸上的某一位置,记录出相应的某一电流,以达到测量记录的目的.
四、仪表的结构
记录仪由偏转机构、走纸机构三部分构成.
1、偏转机构：偏转机构由磁场线圈、转动轴、记录笔装置组成.
2、走纸机构：记录仪用交流电动机驱动走纸,走时准确.
五、仪表使用和注意事项
接线时应注意接线柱标记,电压输入、电流输入绝对不能接错.信号端子必须旋紧,检查好保险盒,电流输入端不可开路,电压输入端不可短路.
