随着经济社会发展的多样化、复杂化和人们消费结构、消费观念的转变,现代企业管理在社会文化层面上的观念创新,越来越成为一个紧迫的课题,人本主义即以人为本,是现代企业管理的精华和主题,“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”的科学发展观,对指导现代企业管理观念的创新,树立以人为本的企业管理理念具有重大的理论和实践意义.
本文通过对人本管理重要性的分析,以及人性化管理在企业中的具体体现,在探讨人本管理未来发展趋势的基础上,指出企业应该强化以人为中心的人本管理,让知识与人文精神融合,这是增强企业活力和竞争力,提高经济效益,实现管理现代化最现实的选择.
