1、my father has been working in this company for 5 years now.这里为什么非要用working呢?现在完成时不是动词过去分词么?
2、their badroom doesn't look the same as before.这里为什么要用does,用is不行么?

实意动词,否定疑问,自然要用do这个助动词.
