美神维那斯（Venus希腊名Aphrodite）和她的儿子爱神丘比特（Jupiter）有一次被巨人堤丰(Typhon)所追逐,双双跳入幼发拉底河中,化身为鱼身逃走.密涅瓦(Mineave,雅典娜的别名)将鱼化为星辰至于天上,以纪念这件事.

Venus（or Aphrodite in Greek,goddess of beauty）and her son Cupid(the god of love) once were chased by giant Typhon.At last,they both had to jump into Euphrates River and transformed into two fishes to run away.Minerva(another name of Athena) turned these two fishes into constellation and put them in the sky to commemorate this incident.
