Having a good hobby is of excellent meaning to all of us.

That 's lots of them,such as playing Table Tennis,having a jog,
going swimming,but when it comes to me ,playing chess is my choice.

Very ,very important,nowadays with the development of the Internet ,lots of people are sitting in their house for the whole day ,and they are less of exercise,that causes many diseases during people.
