本文研究的是模拟分析碳纤维相互系数对流动性能的影响。随着我国经济的迅猛发展,因为碳纤维增强材料物理和化学特性都非常优良,国内各个领域对于碳纤维增强复合材料的需求量越来越大,就意味着对新型碳纤维增强复合材料的研发至关重要。为了降低研发的成本与成功率和可行性,而本次采用的moldflow系统就能够很好的模拟真实的碳纤维复合材料的成形过程。
本次模拟我选择了标准的冲击试样、弯曲试样、拉伸试样,并将其按四面体网格和双层面网格分别进行划分。之后选取不同的相互作用系数及工艺参数开始模拟分析。得到不同相互作用系数条件下的纤维取向张量随名义厚度关系图,从而得出其对流动性能的影响。
