2.1 Definition of non-full-time employment According authoritative definition,non-full-time employment in China refers to employment with hour-work as the principal part and paid by hour.An employee whose average working time is no more than 5 hours a day for one employer and weekly accumulating working time is no more than 30 hours can be taken for a non-full-time employee.A written or oral labor agreement negotiated is necessary and items on employment period,working time,salaries and settlement period,working conditions and occupational health are asked to included.The probation is forbidden to negotiate about.

In the above formula,20.92 means average legal working days monthly and 8 means legal working hours one day.“Fluctuating coefficient” is determined by the differences in job stability,working conditions,working intensity and welfare between full-time employment and non-full-time employment.Thus the actual level of hourly minimum wage should be a little higher than those calculated on basis of the minimum monthly wage.For example,monthly minimum wage standard is 570 Yuan and a higher 6 Yuan ( 2 Yuan special for social security included) is issued for non-full-time workers
