46A是说,要一份提单复印件,这份提单的CONSIGNEE必须是to order of shipper （OF SHIPPER应该不用,建议你问下银行）,NOTIFY PARTY就是applicant,提单上必须显示freight collect（运费到付）而且必须背书,也就是在提单复印件后边签名和盖章
47A是说保险由APPLICANT搞定.不过一般来说客人会要求你FAX一些详细的资料给他的,但是这里没写,那就不用管了.

不接受T/T付还.这个条款我还没遇到过呢,不知道你们的是什么货物,我们的是机器,客户都是按照我们给他的INVOICE来开LC的,不可能会有什么退款情况吧?
