现阶段的社会发展迅速,特别是在科学技术方面的发展尤为突出,高科技企业在整个社会中扮演的角色也越来越重要.但是,高科技企业在管理制度上普遍存在着或多或少的问题,特别是薪酬与激励制度的问题,逐渐成为企业长远发展的阻碍.为了企业的良好发展,高科技企业内部的薪酬与激励制度必须尽快完善.长期以来,高科技企业的薪酬制度不合理,结构单一.而激励制度得不到重视,手段单一.本身存在的问题的二者,更难以谈上结合之说.这样就使得整个企业的发展不够迅速,难以在快速发展的科技时代生存下去.针对以上的种种现象,本文从高科技企业面临的实际困难出发,对企业的薪酬与激励制度进行研究,总结当前该制度存在的问题.在薪酬制度方面从不同因素出发,做到结构合理,待遇公平,依据绩效考核管理；在激励制度方面,物质激励与精神激励、长期激励与短期激励相结合,提高员工的热情,促进企业高科技研究的快速发展.最后,二者相互促进,为高科技企业的长久发展作出贡献.
