过年的时候,爸爸买了一只浅蓝色的虎皮鹦鹉送给我,我非常喜欢它.
每次回家,我都向它问好：“Howareyou?”有一天,我刚走进家门,竟然听到“Howareyou?”这个句子.我抬头一看,竟然是鹦鹉在说话呢!这只鹦鹉竟然会说英语了!我连忙将这天大的喜讯告诉了爸爸妈妈.
我下决心当鹦鹉的英语老师,过一把教师的瘾.我走到鹦鹉跟前,对它说：“Goodmorning.”可是我等了半天,还是不见鹦鹉张嘴.我亲切地说：“乖学生,我说一句,你跟我念一句,好吗?”我又说了一遍,可是小家伙还是没理我.我耐心地做它的思想工作：“学习不要怕吃苦,要有信心,只要你认真练习,你一定会成为鹦鹉明星的.”我尽量将英语的句子说慢一点：“Good——morning.”可是小家伙竟然懒得看我一眼,开始悠闲地梳理起羽毛了.
我气得满脸通红.妈妈见我的样子,就说：“脸红得跟猴腚似的,跟谁生气呢?”我和妈妈说明了事情的经过.妈妈一听乐了：“鹦鹉要像你一样聪明,还不跟你一起上学去?教它说英语,你得有耐心.”
对呀,鹦鹉学会第一句英语不是用了好几个月吗.我天天坚持教它学,它准能学会好多英语句子.
经过四个月的努力,它终于会说“Goodmorning.”.可是它学会了这个句子,竟然又不会说“Howareyou?”了.
我轻轻点着它的脑袋说：“你真笨!”
“你真笨!”哟,这句它倒是学得蛮快的!
