英语wether的用法
本人英语小白.wether能不能引导问句（像wh疑问词一样）?因为我经常想说：是否我能出去了?wether i can go out?我不确定这么说对不对,如果可以引导问句的话要怎么说?
再问下horror的形容词是不是horrible?

We'll go on with the work,whether we can find the necessary tools or not.
不管我们能否找到所需的工具,我们要把这件工作做下去.
再问： 我的意思是wether能否像what where when 一样引导问句，不是问能否引导从句？例如我说wether i can go out?这是不是对的？
再答： horror 的形容词是horrible 意思是可怕的，恐怖的。 Whether 不能作为引导问句。因为whether不是不能独立使用，它只能作为从句跟随主句。 whether i can go 这句话不完整，只能作为从句。
