We use both words and body language to express our thoughts and opinions and to communicate with other people．We can learn a lot about what a person is thinking by watching his or her body language．Words are important,but the way a person stands,folds his or her arms,or moves his or her hands can also give us information about his or her feelings

第一句：就是很简单的句子,主（We）谓（use）宾（words and body language）,【to express our thoughts and opinions and to communicate with other people】是目的状语修饰谓语动词use
第二句：有一个介词（about）后面的宾语从句（what a person is thinking）和介宾短语（现在分词形式）（by watching his or her body language）.整个句子的主（we）谓（can learn）宾（a lot）,【about what a person is thinking）和介宾短语（by watching his or her body language】是修饰a lot的一个介宾结构.
第三句：前面一句话是一个主系表结构,主（words）,谓语部分是一个系表结构（系动词是be动词中的are）,（表语形容词是important）
后面一句话是一个定语从句修饰way（其实这一部分省略了）,完全的定语从句应该是the way in which a person stands,folds his or her arms,or moves his or her hands,注意的是way作为先行词时in which通常是省略的.所以总体来看后面一句话的主语是the way,谓语是can also give,宾语是个双宾语结构即 give sb sth（us information作为双宾语）,about his or her feelings是一个介宾结构修饰information.
