Directions:
Study the following picture carefully and write an essay of 120 words in which
you should 1) describe the drawing briefly,2) interpret the social phenomenon
reflected by it,and 3) give your comment.

As the picture above shows,which is telling us the story of how children are coping with the education requirements nowadays.Their burdens are a two fold pressure with the combined quality requirments on one hand and scores on the other.Their tasks are hard and demanding,which is like a race with the others and cannot afford to lose.
We all know that along with the break-neck speed of the ever advancing world,people have to adapt to the competition for survival.Not only the adult themselves need to be well prepared and fully equipped to meet the everyday challenges,but parents these days wish and demand their children to do well in school and college too.As a result,children have been unreasonably push harder than they can cope.They don't want to disappoint their parents as well as afraid to fall behind the other children in this mad competitive environment.Therefore,young people these days are under huge stress.
I understand parents and their intention towards their children because I was and I am still a parent myself.No one wants their children to fail when they grow up.We all wish them to do well and make ourselves feel proud.In order to do that,many of us may have over expected and over doing it in the process.Our children are crying for help and suffer terribly by our demands.So,I think we should have to consider whether our expections from our children are reasonable or not and should not to push them too hard.At least not to make them do what they can't possibly do.Let our children enjoy a bit of their childhood!
