仓储是物流体系中一个重要的环节,既有调节生产和供求的作用,也有创值与增效的功能.从某种意义上讲,仓储管理在物流中占据着核心的地位,而物流活动的最终目标以最低成本提供令客户满意的服务.对**公司来说,研究区域仓储管理是满足顾客要求,最大限度降低物流过程中储存费用,提供高效的产品供应或服务,从而提高市场竞争力的一种企业物流战略的重要基础.
本文主要采用理论与实践相结合以及定性与定量分析相结合的方法,利用物流管理中仓储管理、库存控制和货位分配三方面的基本理论知识,对中石化润滑油分公司的仓储管理现状进行了分析.从仓库布局、库存控制和仓储作业方面提出改进方案,通过合理规划有效利用仓储现有设施,扩大仓储储存能力,提高作业效率.对储存的成品包装润滑油储备量予以正确的规划,保证其合理的储存数量.做好仓储物资的验收、发运以及保管工作,保证客户及时准确地获得产品供应.

Warehousing logistics system of an important link, both the regulation of production and supply function, also has the value of the function and efficiency. In a sense, warehousing management in logistics occupies a core position, while the logistics activities of the ultimate goal to the lowest cost to provide satisfactory service to customers. For * * company, study area warehousing management is to meet customer requirements, to reduce the logistics process in the storage costs, provide efficient supply of products or services, thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of a enterprise logistics strategy important basis.
This paper combines the theory with practice and combining qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the use of logistics management in warehousing management, inventory control and storage location assignment in three aspects of basic theoretical knowledge, Sinopec lubricating oil company warehouse management status was analyzed. From the layout of warehouses, inventory control and warehouse operations improvement program, through reasonable planning effective use of storage facilities available, enlarge storage storage capacity, improve working efficiency. On the storage of finished product packaging lubricating oil reserves to be properly planning, ensure the reasonable storage quantity. Do the supplies warehousing acceptance, delivery and custody of the work, ensure that customers timely and accurate access to product supply.
