I was interested in literature before.When I read a famous work I felt it were a delicious dish.I like tasting it.But I can not find this happiness any longer.
I never thought literature would be so boring.The teacher is whom we hoped to teach us before.Yes,she teaches us now and we ought to be happy.But no,she makes us feel so disappointed.She classify our class into two or three groups.I don't know why she loathes us so much.She asks us to criticize and give our comments about the relationship between the author and his work by reading only a very small part of the novel.Shit Who can do it?Please tell me,as a beginner,who can do it?
Maybe I can squeeze my comments just about the novel after reading the whole novel,but not by only a small part of it.And I myself think I should read at least 3 novels of an author before giving comments about the relationship between the author and his novels.
We are also asked to compare the differences between Chinese mind and western people's mind by reading only a small part of one or two articles.
We touched Literature Course only two months ago.Don't you think the task is so difficult for us?And as beginners,I think it is a wrong way for us.We need to do it step by step!Right?
For the homework,to write down our comments about the relationship between the author and his novel,I always get B or C though I have tried my best to do it.I don't think I can read a novel and write down my comments during a week.So I must surf it online.I need to learn from others.Then we are told "Don't copy other's opinion,use your own words is ok!"
