为什么water前面不能加the
We can not live without water
而environment前可以加the
protect the environment 不都是不可数名词吗.为什么第二个表特指

只有特指的时候才加 the
例如 the water in the river can no be drunk.这条河里面的水不能喝（太脏了或者重金属超标之类）特指这条河的水
第一个指我们离开水酒无法生存这里的水泛指并不是特指某个地方的水
protect the environment 特指我们周围的环境
再问： environment除了前面加形容词以外有不表示特指的时候吗，能举个例子吗，O(∩_∩)O谢谢
