《针灸甲乙经》全称为《黄帝三部针灸甲乙经》，为晋代著名医家皇甫 谧撰成。他参考了《素问》、《灵枢经》、《明堂孔穴针灸治要》三部书， 并将这三部书的有关内容，采用“使事类相从”的方法，将各书相类原文辑 集一起，并“删其浮辞，除其重复，论其精要”进行编次而成。全书共分12卷128篇，全面概括了针灸史、脏腑经络、病因病理、俞穴、刺灸临床治疗 各个方面，是一部既有系统理论又有丰富宝贵临床经验的精华。
这部《全注全泽针灸甲乙经》，是以明刻古今医统正脉本为底本，并参 考了明正统本、明蓝格抄本和《素问》、《灵枢经》、《难经》、《黄帝内 经太素》、《千金方》、《外台秘要》、《类经》等后世医家的勘校注释编 写而成。在编写体例上，尽量做到简明扼要，浅显明白，注释及译文简练， 使读者容易看懂，学之能用。
