I returned to China from Charles de Gaulle airport on July 27,2014.This was my first time to go to the Charles de Gaulle airport,so,I went to the T2 terminal according to the electronic ticket provided by Ctrip.,but it printed error.After consulting the airport staff,I went to the T1 terminal,but it was close to the boarding time.I have no time to go to the Customs for the execution procedures.I’m so sorry to inconvenience your company.

Don't really understand what you are trying to say here.If you are trying to seek tax refund from France airport,or you are simply apologizing to them?By reading it,no action item here.
