any 用于疑问句和否定句

为什么选A?我感觉3和4题形式是一样的,为什么答案却不同呢?
因为4里面有特定的范围了.

A thanks B thank 为什么选B,thanks不也是名词吗?
因为用在my的后面,my thank 为做宾语是不可数名词
