There are four seasons in a year:spring,summer,autumn and winter.Each season has three months.There are three months in spring:March,April and May.I like spring best.Because there are so many beautiful things.In spring,the weather turn warm,it is not colder than winter and not hotter than summer.The sky is blue.People take off their coats,and wear pretty dress.The leaves turn green,the grass grow up,the park's flowers come out,There are many butterflies and bees over the flowers.they are very beautifully.The birds come back and sing in the tree,it sings very wonderfully.In spring.The air is fresh,I often do a lot of things.I usually plant trees and go hiking.Last spring,I climbed mountain with my friends,it is very interesting.I think climbing can make me stronger and relieve stress in this season.So spring is a lovely season.Spring is the first season of a year.In China,people usually said:The whole year’s work depends on a good start in spring.We can make lots of plans in this season.So spring is a hopeful season.I like it.

第六行：beautifully 改为：beautiful （be动词后面接形容词））
第六行：it sings 改为：They sing ( 前面用的是：The birds 主语是复数,所以后面用they)
第八行：mountain改为：mountains ( 可以：climb a mountain 或者climb mountains 二者选其一)
第八行：is 改为：was (Last 说的是过去,所以后面的谓语用was)
第十行：said改为：say( 对于习语来说：一般用现在时态,不用过去时态,所以是：say)
句子部分：
1 The leaves turn green,the grass grow up,the park's flowers come out.可以改连贯些
改：The leaves turn green ,the grass grow up and the flowers in parks come out .
(花儿开花,可以用 come out )
2 The birds come back and sing in the tree .这里是泛指,tree 前面不加定冠词,tree 是可数名词,应该用复数.就像你前面用的 the leaves ,the flowers in parks 一样.
改：The birds come back and sing in trees.
3 Last spring,I climbed mountain with my friends,it is very interesting.时态有错误.
改：Last spring ,I climbed mountains with my friends ,it was very interesting.
4 We can make lots of plans in this season.So spring is a hopeful season.这两句显得有点冗余,可以合并成一句,就比较简洁了.
改：Spring is a hopeful season and we can make lots of plans during these days.
再问： the grass grow up grow要不要加S 5楼的朋友说People take off their coats, and wear pretty dress有问题，如果有问题，该怎么改呢 为什么不能讲the park's flowers
