Happy to receive your letter!I have known that you want to raise a dog,but your mother didn't allow you to do that.I have very mercy on you.In my opinion,your mother is right.On one hand,it takes a lot of time and money to raise a dog.It maybe waste your study time and your grade will decrease.On the other hand,the dog can spreed disease.It is dangerous,if you are bited by a dog.In addition to,the dog perhaps threten your neighbour's safty and it's barking will make them broing.I think your city which you live maybe have a Pet Center,you can go there to play with them,but you must pay attention to your safty.I'm glad to hear your news.
