请问:
1 not sb ...这样的表达是什么用法?not 后面都是宾格么?
2 前后可以是 物么,比如 The city I like is Beijing ,not Shanghai .这么写可以么?
3 not me ,.这样的前面部分之间 加不加逗号?还是都可以?

1.not me这是宾格；但是也可以根据实际表达用主格或物主代词.
例如：
He not I said that.
This is his bike,not mine.
2.The city I like is Beijing ,not Shanghai .这样写完全正确,可以用事物.
3.可以加逗号,表示有所停顿；也可以不加,表示说话者一口气把这句话说完了.
