作业帮在学习非谓语动词语法中有些疑问！！！

To see, to cover 还是这道题，之前在网校上做答案是B，但今天老师发试卷让我们做，出来了这道原题，结果老师说应当选A。 只是题目稍有变动，就是our earth后加了个，(逗号) with water……，我问其答案选B之原因，老师解释说“句子可以看成Twenty percent of its surface coverd with water，修饰our earth,因此用coverd” 这样看起来也对啊...但covering 是water执行的动作，水覆盖地球表面，也是正确的。 答案正解到底是什么呢？那个逗号有什么特殊作用吗？ 我在学习非谓语动词时，老是被时态所迷惑，就比如现在分词主动doing 与having done，被动being done 与having been done ,to have done 与to have been done。在句子中出现不同语态不同时态的选项时就迷惑，到底是用doing 还是having done？？？同样表达动作的进行和主动，但是选项就分不清了。 主动语态中不定式to do ,to be doing ,to have done / 分词doing, having done 每个时态的意思有什么不同呢？各在句子中什么时候出现呢？ 谢谢老师！！！
