Hello everyone,I am a middle school student named Li Hua, i would like to express my own ideas about how to grow healthy.
For the majority of students ,they often ignore the value of attitude.In fact ,attitude contributes greatly to our behavior,just as a saying goes,attitude is everything ,positive attitude is vital to success.what is more,we should study hard.as a student,studying is the most important thing we ought to do,We need knowledge like fish need water.Above all,we should do exercise,if we want to realize the dream,we must attach great importance to doing sports or otherwe can not emphasize the importance of sports too much.As for me,We can take part in some of the appropriate physical exercise or even take a walk. in our spare time .
if students can do as what I said,l believe that a much brighter tomorow will awaits us .
