修改一段话(英文)
希望大哥大姐能仔细看看这段话.希望改动大点,但意思不变.
Cash flow problems can be short-term and temporary, which means a business may need short-term finance to pay its bills and to keep its suppliers happy.Hence, there have some solutions for short-term cash problems, including trade credit, bank overdraft and sale of assets.First, trade credit is the simplest form of external financing, and it is common for suppliers to offer their customers 30 days credit to pay for goods and services they have received. What’s more, although some suppliers may offer a discount for paying quickly, trade credit is very attractive to businesses because it is free. However, the disadvantage may be reluctant to trade with the business if they do not get paid in good time.Second, bank overdraft is the commonest form of borrowing for small businesses, the banks allows the firm to overdraw up to an agreed limit for a negotiated period of time. The advantage of bank overdraft is that it is very flexible and easy to arrange, which means the firm needs to borrow only when and as much as it needs.Reversely, there also has some disadvantages which are high interest rate, and the bank can insist on being repaid within 24 hours. Finally, sale of asset also can cope with the short-term cash flow problems.More specifically, sale of assets means business sell their assets,in order to have the use of the cash. Therefore,it is good for businesses to dispose of underused assets, which means they can development without extra borrowing. However,if the asset is needed in business,it may be possible to sell it,but immediately lease it back.Overall, each solution has their benefit and drawbacks, therefore firms should consider their situation in the market, and then make decision to find the optimal choice.
