改革开放以来,我国企业的发展、成长取得举世瞩目的成绩,综合国力明显增强,人民生活明显改善,国际地位明显提高.中小企业为此做出了应有的贡献,各类企业严格按照“优胜劣汰、适者生存”的法则生生灭灭,不断得到发展和优化.这其中中小企业的新旧更替频率最高,最为活跃,因此也就成为经济中不可忽视的增长点.中小企业要健康、稳定地发展,应适时进行财务战略评价,财务战略评价的目的在于评价企业财务战略方案的科学性和有效性,并为管理层进行财务决策提供依据.首先要明确企业的财务战略目标是否恰当,是否能体现企业的总体目标,其次要评价企业财务营运方案的可行性,是否合理规避财务风险,进而寻找企业成功的关键因素,考核关键成功因素与财务战略之间的联系,并据此提出建议.中小企业的财务战略的实施不仅关系到企业的财务战略的成功与否,同时也影响企业的生存发展.本文在分析中小企业财务战略内涵及其环境因素分析的基础上,揭示了中小企业财务战略管理存在的问题以及问题存在的原因,并提出完善中小企业财务战略管理的对策.
